Dan Todd is the Founder and Principal of Todd Strategy Group, a government affairs firm specializing in strategic policy and advocacy solutions. With extensive experience in federal policymaking, regulatory strategy, and legislative development, Dan advises clients across a range of industries, helping them navigate complex government processes.  

Before launching TSG, Dan served as Senior Health Counsel for the Senate Finance Committee’s Republican staff, where he played a key role in shaping major legislative reforms. His career spans leadership roles in government, the biotechnology industry, and regulatory agencies, giving him a comprehensive understanding of both policy and business strategy.  

Dan previously held positions in the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the private sector, where he led policy development and advocacy efforts. He holds a B.A. from Georgetown University and a J.D. from The Catholic University of America.
